MOM OF TWO
This space is a reflection of the homes we’ve built, the projects we’ve taken on, and the life happening in between. I started my lifestyle blog in 2017 as a creative outlet to share everyday life, home inspiration, and the things I was loving at the time. But it wasn’t until 2020 — when we were all spending more time at home during the pandemic — that I truly fell in love with interiors, DIY, and creating a home that felt both beautiful and functional.
What began with simple rental-friendly upgrades and budget DIY projects quickly turned into something much bigger. In 2021, my husband and I bought our first fixer upper and renovated nearly every inch of it ourselves. Since then, renovation and design have become a huge part of our story. We’ve gone on to renovate multiple investment properties in addition to our own home, and I’ve also had the opportunity to design kitchens and spaces for others over the years.
My style is rooted in timeless, character-filled interiors — inspired by traditional design, European homes, layered textures, and spaces that feel collected and lived-in over time. I’m especially drawn to homes with architectural charm and thoughtful details that tell a story, and I love finding ways to bring that same warmth and character into newer homes through renovation and intentional design.
A lot of my approach centers around blending old-world inspiration with modern family living — creating spaces that feel beautiful and elevated while still being functional, welcoming, and meant to be truly lived in. Whether it’s a full renovation, a simple DIY project, or the small details that make a house feel personal, I believe home should reflect the people living inside it.
Over the years, my content has evolved alongside my life, where family life and motherhood now sit at the heart of it all. These days, you’ll find a blend of renovation and interior design, approachable DIY projects, homemaking, scratch-made cooking, slow living, and the everyday moments that make a house feel warm, personal, and deeply lived in.
At the heart of it all, this space has always been about creating a beautiful life — not just aesthetically, but intentionally. I’m so glad you’re here.
A letter from our home, every now and then — soft observations, current obsessions, and the slow, beautiful business of making a life.
