Creamed Corn Casserole


- 2 boxes Jiffy Cornbread Mix
- 4 eggs
- 2 sticks unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 cans whole kernel corn (drained)
- 2 cans sweet corn, cream style
- 2 cups sour cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Add the first 5 ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix. Add the sour cream last.
Pour mixture into a large baking dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
Cook for 1 hr to 1hr 20 min until the top is golden brown.
This recipe is designed to serve a large group. You can easily cut the recipe in half to fill an 8×8 pyrex dish for smaller groups.
